With a strong focus on technical delivery, you’ll benefit from in-depth knowledge sessions on ground breaking case studies and changes in the law, delivered by subject matter experts. Bespoke skills development focuses on your role as a commercial business lawyer, supported by mentoring and coaching programmes.

Senior associates

The transition from associate to senior associate begins with a core skills programme. You’ll explore your personal brand, your role in business development, how to exceed client expectations and build your business as a partner or senior counsel.

Alongside your cohort of other senior associates you will take part in the year-long leadership academy.

Leadership development

Your learning and developing journey continues here. Through our Always Learning leadership programme, you will receive targeted development in skills to create valuable relationships with colleagues and clients and to lead our business.

You’ll also receive individual coaching on a wide range of topics as well as valuable opportunities to mentor and be mentored.

Paralegal

Whether you’re completing bespoke training, using our Always Learning portal, or enjoying our regular lunch and learns, you’ll continually stretch yourself here.
