Peter is an expert in commercial and distribution law. He has been advising national and international companies on all matters relating to purchase and distribution (e-commerce, commercial agent, authorised dealer, and franchise systems) for over 20 years.
He supports clients in their individual drafting and negotiation of contracts and in drawing up their general terms and conditions. With his many years of experience, he designs distribution systems tailored to the specific needs of his clients, advises companies in their daily business and represents them in disputes, in court and out-of-court. His clients include national and international companies, in particular, from the automotive industry, the automotive supply industry and from the areas of technology, medical devices, and the media.
